Return and Exchange Policies
I want all of my costumers to be 100% satisfied with my service and the products I sell. I will accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
*Once placed, orders can only be cancelled if they have not shipped.
*All returns must occur within 15 days of the purchase. The items must be in their original NEW condition and returned with a receipt. I do reserve the right to refuse returns if they are not in their original condition. (This means unwashed.)
*There are occasionally problems due to a manufacturing defect. These will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Different brands have different rules, please e-mail me with your concern and we will correct the problem as quickly as we can.
Gently Used Items are sold as is, unless I have not disclosed something to you in the description, they are not returnable. I try very hard to describe these items accurately.
COMPANY SHIPPING POLICIES
The buyer pays for shipping, unless otherwise noted. If you want shipping insurance, I do offer it. Please send me an email requesting the cost and we will adjust your invoice.
Additional shipping charges apply to HI, AK, Canada and International Orders. We will notify you prior to shipping if there are additional charges.
Shipping Charges are NOT refundable, and if your order had free shipping, on a return/refund the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

The environment is very important to us at Cloth Diaper Me Please! We strive to be an environmentally friendly company. We use recycled shipping materials; this means although your items are packaged neatly, the packaging your product comes in may have been used before. We encourage you to use it again! We are doing our best to help the environment! If you would like new packaging, please let us know in check out. We do gift wrapping on instock items for a small fee as well.
